Volcanic Glow is a small experimental artwork inspired by the raw energy of a volcano and the movement of flowing lava.
Created with acrylic paint and a playful reaction using lemon and baking soda, the surface developed unexpected textures, bubbles and organic patterns that echo the unpredictable nature of an eruption.
Warm volcanic tones suggest heat, magma and movement, while glow-in-the-dark details reveal a second side of the artwork once the lights are turned off. In darkness, the canvas takes on a new atmosphere, as if the lava were still glowing beneath the surface.
A piece about energy, transformation and experimentation, where art and a simple chemical reaction come together to create something spontaneous and unique.
